Step 2
DS-12 Destoner — 12 t/h
Removes stones and mud balls the same size as a wheat grain — the ones a sieve cannot catch and a roll will not forgive. Gravity-and-air separation.

Step 3
SC-12 Scourer — 12 t/h
from PKR 8 lac
Scrubs the wheat surface: dust, dirt and loose bran peel come off before grinding. Cleaner wheat in, whiter flour out.
Step 4
WW-12 Wheat Washer — 12 t/h
from PKR 25 lac
Washes and conditions the wheat with water — not just a dampener spraying mist on dirty grain, which is what most imported budget lines give you. Proper washing is one reason our client mills reach the extraction they do: up to 78–80% extraction achieved at client mills on Punjab wheat.

PS-6 / PS-8 Plansifter

Polish-design plansifters, 6-section and 8-section. The machine that turns roller mill stock into graded flour, semolina and bran. Sized to match SH-RM40 lines: PS-6 for smaller lines, PS-8 for a full 8-body line.
Aspiration system & dust collection
Aspiration ducting and dust collectors are not shelf items — they are designed and built during mill installation, sized to your building and machine layout. Included in turnkey scope; quoted separately for machinery-only orders.

- Payment: 50% advance at order · 50% before dispatch (ex-works Gujrat) / before shipment (FOB Karachi).
- Lead time: Fabrication from 10 days.
- Transport ex-works Gujrat, at buyer's cost and risk unless agreed.
