Dirty wheat kills extraction and wrecks rolls. The cleaning section is where a mill earns its flour quality, before the first roller mill ever touches a grain. Here is every machine, in the order the wheat meets it.
Mill-scale equipment. These machines are sized for flour mills of 50 TPD and above. Roller mills are manufactured in our own workshop; the cleaning line is sourced through our vetted suppliers and warranted by us.

Every machine the wheat
meets, in flow order.
Cleaning is not one machine; it is a sequence. Sieves catch what is bigger or smaller than wheat. Gravity and air catch what is heavier. Scrubbing takes off what sticks. Then water conditioning toughens the bran so it peels off in one piece on the rolls instead of shattering into your flour. Skip a step and you pay for it in ash content, roll damage and lost extraction.

Washes and conditions the wheat with water rather than only dampening it. Proper washing is one reason our client mills reach the extraction they do: up to 78–80% extraction achieved at client mills on Punjab wheat.

Polish-design plansifters, 6-section and 8-section. The machine that turns roller mill stock into graded flour, semolina and bran. Sized to match SH-RM40 lines: PS-6 for smaller lines, PS-8 for a full 8-body line.

Warranty, payment, delivery.
- Pakistan: 12-month warranty covering parts and on-site servicing, all machines.
- Export: 12-month parts warranty + remote commissioning support; on-site service visits available.
- Payment: 50% advance at order · 50% before dispatch (ex-works Gujrat) / before shipment (FOB Karachi).
- Lead time: Fabrication from 10 days.
- Transport ex-works Gujrat, at buyer's cost and risk unless agreed.

Machinery used in a flour mill

Cleaning machines prepare the wheat; they do not grind it. The wheat grinding machine is the roller mill, priced from PKR 10 lac. The engineer behind both is Shabbir Hussain, 40 years and seven mills.
