The body is the same SH-RM40 in every option. What changes is the rolls, and the rolls are where the grinding actually happens. So that is the honest way to price the machine: by what you put inside it.
If you are searching for a wheat grinding machine at mill scale, this is it. A roller mill is the industrial wheat grinding machine: it grinds between steel rolls over several passages instead of one stone pass. Cleaning machines on the plant equipment page prepare the wheat; this machine grinds it. Built by an engineer with 40 years and seven mills behind him.

Roller mill FAQs.
What is a roller flour mill?
A machine that grinds wheat between pairs of rotating steel rolls instead of stones. Gradual reduction over several passages gives higher extraction, cooler flour and consistent quality. It is the standard for any mill of 50 TPD and above.
Is the motor included?
No. Motors (10/15/20/30 HP) are quoted separately and fitted on request.
How many bodies do I need?
Rule of thumb: 700 kg/h per body. An 8-body line handles about 6 t/h. WhatsApp us your target TPD and we size the line.
How fast can you deliver?
Fabrication from 10 days. Confirmed at order against workshop load.
Is this an atta chakki machine?
It is the industrial version. The SH-RM40 is a commercial roller flour mill for plants of 50 TPD and up: the machinery a proper atta chakki plant runs on, not a home or 12/18-inch stone chakki. If you need a domestic chakki, a local maker will serve you better; we build mill-scale machinery only.
