Every figure is a starting price. The final quote depends on rolls, capacity and specification, and it comes in writing within one working day, valid 30 days.

Motors are always separate, and we say so on every page and every quote. That keeps the published prices honest and lets you choose the motor brand you prefer.

What we supply.
Roller mills are manufactured in our own workshop in Gujrat. Every other machine on this page — plansifter, washer, scourer, destoner, separator — is sourced through the family's vetted supplier network and warranted by us.
Plenty of suppliers blur that line. We do not, because the difference matters when something needs fixing: on a roller mill the man who built it is the man who comes out. On a supplied machine we stand behind the warranty and handle the supplier ourselves, so you deal with one party either way. Not a trading company. A workshop.
Shabbir Hussain has spent 40 years inside flour mills and built seven end to end — that is who specifies your line.
How many bodies do I need?
Rule of thumb: 700 kg/h per body, so an 8-body line handles about 6 t/h. Send your target TPD on WhatsApp and we size the line and the cleaning section to match it, then quote the lot.
In flow order a mill runs: separator → destoner → scourer → washer/conditioner → break roller mills → plansifter → reduction roller mills → packing, with aspiration throughout. Skip a cleaning step and you pay for it in ash content, roll damage and lost extraction.

Lead time
Fabrication from 10 days. The confirmed date is given at order against current workshop load.
Payment
50% advance at order · 50% before dispatch (ex-works Gujrat) / before shipment (FOB Karachi).
Warranty
Pakistan: 12-month warranty covering parts and on-site servicing, all machines.
Quote
Written quote within one working day, valid 30 days, stating specs, price, lead time, warranty, payment terms and Incoterm on one page.
Transport
Ex-works Gujrat, at buyer's cost and risk unless agreed in writing.
Aftermarket
Spares and roll re-fluting quoted on request, for any make of roll, including machines we did not supply.
