Flour Mill for Sale in Pakistan: What to Check Before You Pay
We do not broker mills. We build them, and we have been called in often enough to inspect someone else's purchase after the money moved. Here is what we look at, so you can look first.
To be straight with you. We sell machinery and we build new mills turnkey inside Pakistan. We do not list or broker existing mills for sale. If that is what you came for, this page will still save you money — and we will tell you honestly what a line is worth.
01Checklist
Before any money moves
Seven things we check
on a running mill.
1. Roll condition
Fluted rolls dull with tonnage. Dull rolls do not mean a bad mill, but they do mean a cost you should be subtracting from the asking price. Re-fluting restores the grind for a fraction of a new roll's cost.
2. Roll diameter left
Rolls can only be re-fluted so many times before diameter runs out. A line whose rolls are near the end is a line that needs re-rolling, not re-fluting — a much larger number.
3. Bearings and play
Check for play at the roll ends and listen under load. Bearings are replaceable; a worn housing is a bigger job.
4. The cleaning section
Most people inspect the roller mills and skip this. Dirty wheat kills extraction and wrecks rolls, so a mill with a weak or missing cleaning line will underperform whatever the rolls look like.
5. The flow sheet
Ask how many break and reduction passages it runs and whether the plansifter is matched to the roller capacity. A mismatched line is the most common reason a bought mill never reaches the extraction the seller quoted.
6. The power connection
Confirm the sanctioned load and connection category in writing, not verbally. B3 applications and transformers take months — inheriting a mill without the right connection can idle it for a season.
7. What actually runs
Ask to see it grinding, on wheat, for long enough to warm up. A mill that is only ever demonstrated cold is being demonstrated selectively.

02The Arithmetic
Often the numbers
favour new.
Not always — a well-kept mill at the right price is a good buy, and we will say so. But run the comparison honestly before you commit.
A new SH-RM40 roller mill body is from PKR 10 lac bare, or from PKR 16 lac with Pakistani rolls fitted and trammed, ready to run on arrival. Fabrication starts from 10 days. It carries a 12-month warranty covering parts and on-site servicing, and the rolls have their full life in them.
Against that, price the used line properly: asking price, plus re-fluting or re-rolling, plus bearings, plus whatever the cleaning section needs, plus the downtime while you do it, plus the fact that nobody warrants any of it. The gap closes faster than most buyers expect.

Who we are not for.
We build industrial roller flour mills for plants of 50 TPD and above. No domestic chakkis, no 12-inch or 18-inch stone machines, no home units. If that is what you need, a local chakki maker will serve you better, and we would rather tell you now than waste your time.
