Scope
What building the whole mill means
We have built seven mills from bare plot to first bag of flour: architecture and building design, civil construction, machinery manufacture and installation, electrical and solar systems, staff training, flour testing and production start-up. One contract, one responsible party.
That is 40 years · 7 mills built from the ground up — Burhan (Gujrat), Feroz (Taxila), Sadiq (Sialkot), Gharibsons and Paramount (Karachi), Wahab and Al Harmain (Sundar, Lahore). Their owners are our references.

What a flour mill project costs in Pakistan
No honest engineer gives one number without knowing your capacity, land and building status. What we can give you is the structure of the cost, so you can budget:

Land & civil works
Your largest site-dependent variable.

Milling machinery
Roller mill bodies from PKR 10 lac each (from 16 lac with Pakistani rolls, from 25 lac with imported); plansifter from 18 lac; cleaning section quoted as a package.

Motors & electricals
Motors are separate (10/15/20/30 HP per roller body, fitted on request); panels, cabling, transformer.

Wheat stock, wages, first months of operation.
WhatsApp your target TPD and whether you have land. We reply with a written, itemized estimate. Turnkey projects are quoted only — no two sites cost the same, and anyone who publishes one flat number is hiding something in it.

Planning figures — final load list is produced at design stage. Per roller body, motors run 10–30 HP (7.5–22 kW). The B3 application, transformer and metering can take longer than the building: we start the paperwork with you at contract signing, not after.
Solar option: we have installed solar on client mills to offset daytime grinding load. Ask for it in your estimate.

Scope, milestones, payment schedule in writing. 50% advance at order · 50% before dispatch (ex-works Gujrat) for machinery; civil and installation billed by milestone.

Civil works run while machines are fabricated — fabrication from 10 days.

Install & commission
Machinery erection, electricals, aspiration, trial runs.

Training & first flour
Your staff trained on the running mill. We leave when flour is in the bag and the numbers are right: up to 78–80% extraction achieved at client mills on Punjab wheat.

Flour is a staple with year-round demand, but margins are made in the engineering: extraction percentage, power cost per bag, and uptime. A mill drawing 80% extraction instead of 74% earns the difference on every single bag, forever. That is why the machinery and the flow sheet matter more than the marble in the office.
