We manufacture the heart of the mill, the roller mill, in our own workshop. We supply the cleaning line matched around it, and we stand behind all of it in writing.

Chilled for the break.
Soft for the flour.
Chilled (break) rollsHard, fluted. They shear the wheat open and scrape endosperm off the bran. These run the first passages of the mill.
Soft (reduction) rollsSmooth. They grind the semolina down to flour, pass by pass, on the later passages.
A working mill needs both, in the right sequence. Send your flow sheet on WhatsApp and we spec each body correctly. Get it right and the numbers follow: up to 78–80% extraction achieved at client mills on Punjab wheat.

05The Engineer
Talk to the engineer, not a salesman.
Shabbir Hussain has spent 40 years inside flour mills. Not selling to them; inside them. Designing, building, wiring, and starting them up at 4 a.m. when the first wheat goes through.
The engineer who fabricates your machine is the one who commissions it. Ask him the hard questions: extraction, roll passages, power load. Technical calls are arranged by appointment.
